MI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an MI Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI‑powered solutions that meet internal business needs. You will act as a trusted AI advisor, helping teams across the organisation adopt machine‑learning technologies to improve efficiency and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and full‑stack developers to define architecture, design patterns, and implementation best practices.
• Gather and translate detailed business requirements into technical specifications for AI features.
• Establish and maintain best practices for the full AI model lifecycle, including data preparation, training, evaluation, version control, and MLOps.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and robustness of supporting infrastructure services.
• Promote Agile development standards, including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Participate in hiring, mentoring, and building a high‑performing team of data scientists and developers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working closely with data scientists and software developers.
• Strong background in both front‑end and back‑end web application development.
• Proven experience delivering AI‑driven solutions in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, Java (or similar).
• Machine‑learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• MLOps tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud data‑warehouse platforms: Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery.
• Project‑management tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms, LLMs, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
