Meta Ads Manager - Renewable Energy Lead Generation

About the role

A specialist marketing and lead generation agency serving the renewable energy sector in the UK and US is looking for a Meta Ads expert to run its lead generation business. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa, focused on high-ticket lead generation for solar and battery storage clients, with ownership of the end-to-end performance of complex campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and scale high-volume lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram daily
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from Pixel, CAPI and UTMs setup to horizontal and vertical scaling
• Monitor CPL, CTR, frequency and lead quality, adjusting proactively against creative fatigue
• Build and optimise landing pages and funnels using A/B testing and CRO
• Manage client accounts independently and communicate performance results
• Work with creative teams and account managers so messaging matches lead quality goals
• Connect lead data to GoHighLevel and other CRMs via Zapier and webhooks

Required profile

• 5+ years of verified experience managing Meta Ads campaigns in an agency setting
• Residency in South Africa (remote position)
• Track record in high-ticket lead generation (solar, home services, real estate or B2B) rather than e-commerce
• Demonstrated experience building landing pages and funnels and applying CRO
• Analytical mindset and leadership maturity to own accounts end-to-end and retain clients

• Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+, Conversion API and attribution settings
• Nice to have: GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google Search and Performance Max campaigns
