Medical Receptionist – Full‑Time – Roma

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our Qscan clinic in Roma on a full‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration, appointment booking and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and over the phone, manage registrations and triage queries.
• Schedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system and handle cancellations or changes.
• Process payments, issue receipts and assist with billing and invoicing.
• Perform back‑office duties such as outbound calls, data entry and preparing reports as directed.
• Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to different databases and systems.
• Flexibility in working hours and a commitment to delivering timely service.
