Mechanical Supervisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead the mechanical works on the Eyre Peninsula Desalination Project in Port Lincoln, South Australia. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of mechanical installation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct mechanical work crews, resolving conflicts and ensuring productivity.
• Enforce ACCIONA safety procedures, OMRs and permit compliance on site.
• Manage program risk, resources and critical path to protect the project schedule.
• Monitor quality standards, address non‑conformities promptly and report progress to project leadership.
• Solve complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

Required profile

• Trades qualification in construction, building or manufacturing.
• Experience in a construction, engineering or industrial environment, preferably as a foreman or supervisor.
• Working knowledge of health, safety and environment (HS&E) requirements.
• Strong communication skills to direct and influence teams.
