About the role

The Mathematics Teacher will deliver high‑quality mathematics instruction to students, using approved curriculum resources and evidence‑based teaching strategies. The role involves regular assessment, feedback, and record‑keeping while collaborating with colleagues, families, and the wider school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff and families to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and uphold Catholic education standards.
• Contribute to school initiatives focused on inclusion, student growth and environmental stewardship.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching.
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• NESA accreditation and compliance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education policy.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Full‑time availability.
