Marketing Manager – Property and Development

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead Australian marketing and brand strategy for a globally recognised luxury property developer, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Australian marketing strategy and annual plan, aligning with global brand guidelines.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution for project launches, including positioning, messaging, EOI registrations and integrated sales campaigns.
• Direct digital channels – website, SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing and digital advertising – to generate high‑quality leads.
• Safeguard brand standards across all print, physical and digital collateral as the Australian brand liaison.
• Partner with sales teams and agents to produce premium marketing collateral, price lists and digital sales tools, and oversee display suite presentation.
• Manage public relations, media relations, launch events and strategic partnerships to build brand authority.
• Lead and mentor a Marketing Coordinator and manage creative, digital, media, web and production agency partners.
• Control the national marketing budget, forecast spend and track cost‑per‑lead and ROI.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property development, preferably high‑rise or luxury premium projects.
• Proven track record delivering off‑the‑plan residential launches and multi‑channel campaigns with measurable sales results.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable presenting to executive leadership and collaborating with sales agents.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience working with an offshore parent or international brand team across NSW and QLD markets.
