Marketing Manager

About the role

Sentinel Property Group is looking for a senior Marketing Manager to lead group marketing across corporate, funds, investor relations, office and transaction activities. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will shape strategy, manage budgets and oversee a team while ensuring brand consistency across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Set the group marketing strategy and annual plan, prioritising competing business unit requests.
• Lead capital‑raising and investor marketing, including paid media, quarterly communications and monthly IR reports.
• Deliver leasing campaigns and collateral for office assets, managing suites, renders and asset‑level budgets.
• Produce Information Memoranda and divestment campaigns in‑house with strict confidentiality.
• Partner with shopping‑centre marketing teams on brand consistency and promotional fund governance.
• Own the website, HubSpot CRM and agency relationships, demonstrating marketing spend ROI.
• Build and lead a delivery team, focusing on strategy and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading a team and a multi‑channel function.
• Experience in property, funds management, financial services or similar multi‑business‑unit environment.
• Proven track record in corporate brand, investor, capital‑raising, leasing or transaction marketing.
• Confidence managing multiple budgets and handling market‑sensitive information.

Required skills

• Hands‑on ownership of a website.
• Experience with a marketing CRM, preferably HubSpot.
