Marketing Manager – Financial Products

About the role

Join RAA as a Marketing Manager responsible for the growth of its finance product portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will use data and insight to shape product, pricing, distribution and go‑to‑market decisions that drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth plan for finance products, set priorities, track targets and analyse performance.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and promotional campaigns aligned to member needs and growth targets.
• Leverage market, member and competitor insights to influence product and pricing recommendations.
• Optimise retail and distribution performance in partnership with Offline Acquisition and Retail teams.
• Lead campaign planning, execution and ROI measurement, collaborating with product, commercial, acquisition, brand and research stakeholders.

Required profile

• Commercially‑minded marketer with strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities using data and turn them into actionable product, pricing, distribution and campaign initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
• Experience driving product or category growth, preferably in financial services, banking or a member‑based organisation.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
