About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to cover a 12‑month maternity leave at Moxy Sydney Airport. The role will drive the hotel’s marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and delivering engaging campaigns that attract and retain guests.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate and launch campaigns across social media, promotional events and on‑site marketing materials.
- Collaborate with hotel operations (“Crew”) to maximise revenue and guest experience.
- Manage relationships with media contacts, influencers and customers.
- Oversee the marketing budget, track expenses and report on ROI.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar managerial marketing role, preferably within hospitality.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Passion for the industry and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
