Marketing Executive – Beauty Brand

About the role

MONDAY Haircare is seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to support the global haircare brand across multiple markets. You will work within the Brand Marketing Team to develop and execute 360° campaigns, product launches, and influencer initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and rolling out integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, influencer, and experiential channels.
• Support product launches and seasonal moments, managing timelines, creative briefs, and retailer‑specific activations.
• Collaborate with Design and Content teams to brief, review, and deliver on‑brand assets for social, e‑commerce, digital, and in‑store use.
• Coordinate influencer seeding, gifting programs, and PR outreach to generate earned content.
• Manage retailer marketing requests, including asset submission, product description development, and promotional coordination.
• Monitor beauty trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign direction.
• Maintain campaign trackers, update work‑in‑progress documents, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Support general team operations such as budget tracking, sample coordination, and meeting preparation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably brand, digital media, or influencer marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building a high‑performing culture.
• Exceptional multitasking ability, capable of setting priorities and staying focused.
• Proactive, go‑getter attitude.
