Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week)

About the role

This is a high‑impact fractional position for a Marketing Designer who will define and elevate the visual identity of a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business in the AI search optimisation space. Working remotely 2–3 days a week, you will be the first dedicated designer, reporting directly to the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company’s design system in Figma, auditing existing assets and documenting standards.
• Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow, taking projects from concept to live publication.
• Create and maintain a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including templates, one‑pagers, case studies and battlecards.
• Produce advertising and social media creatives for LinkedIn, paid social and display channels, with multiple variations for testing.
• Develop product mockups, feature graphics and lightweight motion assets such as GIFs and simple animations.
• Manage publishing and asset handoffs, including Webflow CMS updates, email templates and production‑ready exports.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of professional design experience within B2B SaaS or an agency serving SaaS clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand identity across websites, presentations and advertising.
• Self‑directed, fast‑working and comfortable turning concise briefs into multiple strong creative directions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain overlap with US Eastern working hours.

• Strong typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy
• Motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie or Rive (optional)
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (advantageous)
