Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)

About the role

A newly created Marketing Coordinator position in Prospect, NSW, reporting to the Head of Marketing within an agile 6-person marketing team. It is a 3-month temp-to-perm role with strong intent to convert, offering a hybrid arrangement of 2-3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with Wednesdays fully in the office. The start date is ASAP.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production, proofing, artwork approvals and version control for marketing collateral, technical documents and signage
• Maintain website updates, manage image and video digital assets and administer customer-access platforms
• Support timelines, meetings, launch materials, presentation decks and sales training packs for new products and campaigns
• Coordinate logistics, freight, supplier bookings, registration and materials for corporate events, customer programs and internal functions
• Liaise with print, merchandise, photography and event suppliers, manage purchase orders and invoicing, and build direct agency relationships
• Keep trackers, budget logs, files and onboarding guides up to date

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Administration role; B2B, industrial, construction or multi-brand experience is highly regarded
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, strong proofreading and time management
• Commercially minded, curious, adaptable and proactive with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Practical exposure to website backends, project management or digital asset platforms
