Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Manager in executing FUNDAY’s marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches, PR, partnerships, events and activations. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys turning big ideas into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate campaigns, product launches and brand moments from brief to execution, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.
• Assist with PR and influencer marketing, including product seeding, mailers, creator outreach, media lists and coverage tracking.
• Support brand activations, events, sampling programs and retail marketing initiatives.
• Manage creative assets, photoshoots and content production with designers, photographers and agencies.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, asset libraries and coordinate product, merchandise and supplier requirements.
• Support campaign reporting, quote management and purchase order processing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, brand, PR, social or a related role, or demonstrated initiative and relevant experience.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive doer who takes ownership and delivers quality work without prompting.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships across teams.
• Creative, curious and interested in brands, marketing, pop culture and emerging trends.
• Team player with positive energy, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
