Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support and strengthen our marketing activities across content creation, digital campaigns, graphic design, vendor engagement, reporting, and sales enablement. The role is ideal for a confident marketing professional who can execute day‑to‑day initiatives while contributing ideas that drive business growth in an Australian managed IT services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
• Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external agencies.
• Produce regular performance reports and analytics for marketing activities.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance content creation, campaign optimisation, and automation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in marketing coordination, communications, or campaign management.
• Background in IT, technology, or managed services is highly desirable.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and brand messaging skills for technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality marketing materials.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently or with cross‑functional teams.
