About the role

The Marketing Consultant (Marketing Business Partner) supports commercially focused marketing and communications across Australia, translating business priorities into integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to growth and lead‑generation targets.
• Execute digital marketing across web, social, email and automation platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Create and optimise campaign content including webpages, blogs, social posts, email newsletters, client stories and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Build targeted audiences, nurture journeys and campaign workflows to generate qualified leads.
• Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns from planning through measurement.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Commercial curiosity and ability to work collaboratively in a matrix or global organisation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on digital marketing across web, social and email or marketing automation.
• Experience with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, SEO, tracking and digital accessibility.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Google Ads advertising platforms.
