Manager, Pricing Strategy

About the role

As Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will work across strategy, analytics and technology to influence mortgage pricing decisions, improve commercial outcomes and help build market-leading pricing capabilities. You will turn complex data into actionable insights on pricing performance, portfolio health and emerging risks, and identify opportunities to improve growth, revenue and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights on pricing performance, portfolio health and emerging risks
• Identify opportunities to improve growth, revenue and returns
• Drive automation and optimisation initiatives to improve pricing decision-making and operational efficiency
• Help take ideas from analysis through to action

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability and experience using data, automation or data science to deliver commercial outcomes
• Ideally, hands-on experience with Python or similar analytical programming languages
• Curious and adaptable approach, with an interest in emerging tools and technologies
• Mortgage or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills and experience analysing large datasets
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly regarded
