Manager, Pre-Trade Services

About the role

The Manager, Pre-Trade Services leads the Markets Pre‑Trade Services team within Institutional Markets, overseeing client onboarding, lifecycle management and escalation handling. You will work closely with Front Office staff and external clients to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes across Funds, Corporates, FICC and Debt Capital Markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Management Information reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritise resources to maximise profitability and accelerate client onboarding.
• Reduce financial loss by managing client escalations received by Client Services.
• Coordinate expectations among customers, sales teams and relationship managers.
• Act as the primary escalation contact, gathering client feedback and delivering solutions.
• Provide tailored solutions for Markets lifecycle challenges while meeting global regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise in Markets products, trade lifecycle and regulatory obligations.
• Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle with minimal guidance.
• Strong partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Front Office staff across multiple market segments.
