Manager – Home Oxygen & Aged Care

About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a results‑driven Manager to lead growth in the Home Oxygen and Aged Care markets across South Australia and Western Australia. Based in Adelaide, you will combine consultative selling with strategic stakeholder engagement to expand the commercial footprint and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and process‑selling across SA and WA, using Air Liquide’s structured methodology and CRM tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with state health departments, agencies, and tender committees; lead tender submissions and contract renewals.
• Deliver technical training on medical gas systems, integrated cylinders and safety procedures to healthcare staff and clients.
• Collaborate with operations, asset planning and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate ERP billing and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Interest or experience in healthcare, aged‑care facilities or related procurement environments.
• Self‑starter with the ability to prioritize calls, manage complex deals and travel interstate as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Experience using modern CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP billing systems and medical gas equipment.
