Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer

About the role

EY is hiring a Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer in Adelaide, South Australia, to join a team of Technologists on a long-term engagement with a high-profile client. The role centres on supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and potentially other applications, bringing developer experience in D365 Customer Experience (CE). The position is open to Australian citizens and may be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve client requests promptly within agreed delivery timelines, monitoring email, ITSM tickets and phone.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and support materials for client platforms.
• Assist the Service Delivery Manager with operational reporting, issue escalation and preparation for client meetings.
• Manage incidents, including investigations to prevent recurrence, and be available for on-call duties (up to 2 weeks per month).
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients.

Required profile

• Australian citizen based in South Australia (Tarndanya - Adelaide).
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, able to engage with clients and colleagues.
• Dynamics 365 CE development and configuration experience.
• Understanding of D365 CE integration with other technical solutions and DevOps methodologies.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts is preferred.
• Nice to have: D365 Field Services, Sales, Customer Service and Finance & Operations modules, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft or Power Platform certifications.
