Manager, Business Transformation

About the role

As a Business Transformation Manager you will lead strategic transformation projects for top‑tier clients, providing trusted advisory and operational excellence. You will work within a collaborative Perth‑based team and leverage a global network of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformative initiatives such as organisational design, business process improvement, strategic planning and operational optimisation.
• Partner with clients to develop and deliver tailored change strategies, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Apply structured change‑management methodologies to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Identify growth opportunities, contribute to proposals and client presentations, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants and oversee delivery to meet quality, timeliness and strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Management, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Transformation, Change Management or Strategy Consulting, preferably with a Big 4 or top‑tier firm.
• Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills at senior levels.
• Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in dynamic environments.
