Mammographer / Radiographer

About the role

Integral Diagnostics is looking for an experienced Radiographer/Mammographer to work at its Specialist Women's Imaging clinic in Hobart, part of Radiology Tasmania, which provides women's health diagnostic care across the state. The position is full-time, with part-time applicants also considered. Relocation support is available to candidates based outside the state.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of customer service, compassion and empathy to improve patient compliance with repeat mammography and first-time testing.
• Take part in identification, development and quality improvement programs that enhance the mammography service.
• Work in partnership with the regional Breastscreen service to maintain standards of care and performance targets.

Required profile

• Accredited Certificate in Mammographic Practice or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a mammographer.
• AHPRA Medical Radiation Practitioner registration and a Radiation Use Licence.
• Tertiary degree in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography).
• Australian residency and right to work in Australia.
• A Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP) is advantageous but not compulsory.
