About the role

Relationships Australia Queensland is looking for an experienced and engaging Male Group Facilitator to deliver group-based behaviour change programs for men who have used domestic and family violence. Required skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with partner agencies and community networks.
  • Organisational and time management skills, including keeping accurate case files.
  • Ability to engage respectfully with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

What we offer

  • Salary from $91,000 plus superannuation (pro rata for part-time), negotiable.
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.
  • Three extra paid leave days over Christmas and annual leave loading.
  • Up to 2 weeks of paid study leave per year and paid parental leave.
  • Medical insurance discounts and free access to an Employee Assistance Program.

To apply, send a resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience; applications close 18 November 2026.
