Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician works on a rotating 24/7 schedule to keep Four Seasons Hotel Sydney in perfect condition, ensuring guest safety and comfort at any hour.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily engineering shift tasks to maintain property efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for reliable 24‑hour emergency service.
• Execute work order systems and follow up for timely completion.
• Collaborate with Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions to uphold quality in guest rooms, outlets, and public areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a five‑star hotel.
• Strong ability to build relationships with contractors, suppliers, guests, and employees.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
