Maintenance Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Team Member to join Assetlink’s facilities services team at our Rouse Hill site. This part‑time position involves a mix of general handyman duties and trade‑specific tasks to keep the centre operating smoothly and looking its best.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across the site.
• Carry out general handy‑person and trade duties, including minor plumbing repairs.
• Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
• Operate equipment such as power tools, forklift and scissor lift (EWP) where required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in maintenance or handyman roles within the facilities sector.
• Physically capable of moving equipment and performing manual tasks.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for liaising with customers.
• Trade qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Use of power tools.
• Operation of forklift.
• Operation of scissor lift (EWP).
• Basic plumbing skills.
