Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for day‑to‑day execution of maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability, safety and operational performance. This full‑time, onsite role translates maintenance strategy into site‑level execution on a Monday‑to‑Friday day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules and work orders are completed and managed through MEX.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime and operational performance.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and lead root‑cause analysis for equipment issues.
• Manage maintenance technicians, contractors and daily work priorities.
• Ensure spare parts availability, inventory accuracy and 5S standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, asset data and compliance requirements.
• Coach and develop technicians, machine owners and operators.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
