Machine Operator - Water Tank Manufacturing

About the role

A client specialising in tank solutions and services, which supports projects across Southeast Queensland, is hiring several machine operators and warehouse labourers in Brendale. The client is expanding its team because of a growing workload and upcoming projects, and offers long-term employment with a temp-to-perm opportunity. The role is casual, paid $40-$46 per hour, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines to manufacture water tanks
• Check product quality to meet Australian Standards
• Use forklifts and cranes (training available)
• Assist with machine set-ups and mould changes
• Help keep the workplace clean and safe

Required profile

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts: afternoon 2pm-10pm, night 10pm-6am
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Willingness to work afternoon and night shifts

Required skills

• Warehousing or machine operating experience (highly desirable)
• Forklift licence (highly desirable)
