M365/Azure Senior Engineer

About the role

Accenture is expanding its Managed Services team and is looking for a senior engineer to support large‑scale Microsoft 365 and Azure deployments for enterprise customers in a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer, configure and operate Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and related workloads.
• Implement and maintain identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, conditional access and role‑based permissions.
• Administer Azure resources supporting M365 workloads, including subscriptions, resource groups, networking and identity integrations.
• Manage tenant configuration, service settings and platform baselines in line with security and governance standards.
• Investigate and resolve platform incidents, service degradations and operational issues (L2/L3 support) and perform change and release activities.

Required profile

• Over 7 years of relevant technology experience, preferably within a consultancy or systems integrator.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for Government Security Clearance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to work autonomously.
