Luxury Sales Associate – Boutique

About the role

Jaeger-LeCoultre is seeking a motivated Luxury Sales Associate for its Chadstone boutique. As the face of the Maison, you will deliver an exceptional luxury experience, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales performance in a high‑end watch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Develop new clientele and nurture existing relationships both in‑store and off‑site.
• Deliver high‑watchmaking and bespoke sales while providing expert product knowledge.
• Maintain the brand’s high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Utilise CRM tools to capture client data, follow‑up, and support outreach initiatives.
• Resolve client issues promptly and collaborate with management on event planning.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational policies, assist with daily boutique set‑up, merchandising, and inventory counts.
• Support special projects such as price changes, boutique renovations, and other commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in watches or high‑value luxury product sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a team‑player attitude.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• SAP (exposure preferred)
