Loyalty Sales Consultant – Remote (Sydney)

About the role

Join Accor Plus as a Loyalty Sales Consultant and work from the comfort of your home while helping former hotel guests discover the benefits of our award‑winning loyalty program. This permanent part‑time position offers flexible shifts and a paid training week in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous Accor hotel guests to promote the Accor Plus membership.
• Apply the Accor Plus sales methodology to identify customer needs and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company CRM system.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
• Participate in a one‑week, paid, on‑site training program in Sydney before transitioning to remote work.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Available to work 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, in either morning or afternoon shifts.
• Can attend mandatory training in Sydney from 17 to 21 August.
• Suitable home office with reliable Wi‑Fi; headset and laptop provided.
