Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Join Obela, a proud part of PepsiCo ANZ, as a Logistics Coordinator at our Adelaide facility. You will manage the movement and control of finished‑goods inventory, ensuring timely deliveries to our distribution centre while supporting the development of new logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver finished goods to the distribution centre on time and in full, based on transport lead times.
• Book and track daily freight movements.
• Accurately complete finished‑goods documentation for inventory control.
• Perform day‑to‑day reconciliation of finished‑goods inventory.
• Adhere to company Quality, GMP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Review and obtain approval for all cost elements related to logistics activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment.
• Proven track record in freight booking.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience preparing service reports for stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP (data processing experience preferred)
