About the role
PROK Conveyor Equipment is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join its Ingleburn team. Reporting to the Logistics & Production Planning Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of finished goods to mining customers, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Review job packs, identify finished goods and prepare them for delivery.
- Create and apply packing lists, packing labels and delivery dockets.
- Prepare outbound delivery plans with the manager and update relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in distribution, logistics or supply chain.
- Forklift licence and experience loading/unloading trucks and containers.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Exposure to reviewing technical or detailed CAD drawings.
- Experience in production and fabrication environments is advantageous.
- Full working rights in Australia.
