Logistics Coordinator

About the role

PROK Conveyor Equipment is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join its Ingleburn team. Reporting to the Logistics & Production Planning Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of finished goods to mining customers, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Review job packs, identify finished goods and prepare them for delivery.
• Create and apply packing lists, packing labels and delivery dockets.
• Prepare outbound delivery plans with the manager and update relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in distribution, logistics or supply chain.
• Forklift licence and experience loading/unloading trucks and containers.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Exposure to reviewing technical or detailed CAD drawings.
• Experience in production and fabrication environments is advantageous.
• Full working rights in Australia.
