Litigation Lawyer – Solicitor / Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join our boutique Sydney practice that specialises in property, strata and construction matters. The role offers hands‑on responsibility, close mentorship from senior principals and exposure to high‑value disputes across commercial, residential and government sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate commercial and contractual disputes, including trust, partnership and debt recovery matters.
• Handle strata and community scheme disputes, building and construction litigation, and local government prosecutions.
• Advise clients throughout the lifecycle of development projects valued between $5 million and $20 million.
• Draft pleadings, motions and settlement agreements with strong analytical focus.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners and contribute to broader team matters across related areas of law.

Required profile

• 2–8+ years post‑admission experience in litigation.
• Exposure to property, strata, construction or commercial dispute matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client communication abilities.
• Proactive, team‑oriented approach with a commitment to professional development.
