Liquor Team Member - BWS Wynnum

About the role

BWS is looking for a Liquor Team Member for its Wynnum store. The role centres on engaging with customers, keeping shelves stocked and maintaining a safe, clean environment while upholding alcohol service guidelines. It is a casual position.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers by sharing your passion for the products and creating memorable experiences
• Promote BWS loyalty programmes and their benefits to customers
• Keep shelves well stocked so customers have the best choices available
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
• Uphold service of alcohol guidelines

Required profile

• Confident, authentic communication with customers
• Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in expanding product knowledge
• Availability to increase daily steps and to grow within the business
