Lifestyle Assistant – Oxley

About the role

The Lifestyle Assistant supports residents at our Oxley aged‑care facility to stay active, connected and engaged. You will help create a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel valued and can enjoy a variety of social, creative and recreational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, mental and social wellbeing.
• Encourage residents to participate in social, creative and recreational programs.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to tailor experiences to individual preferences.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere that respects each resident’s dignity.

Required profile

• A positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confidence in engaging with people and building relationships.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creativity and willingness to try new activities.
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach.
