Licensed Electrician - Commercial & Industrial Projects

About the role

ElitePEM is hiring a licensed electrician in Wyong, NSW, to work on varied commercial and industrial projects across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter, from councils and clubs to aged care, telco and critical infrastructure. The role combines service, maintenance, fault finding and installations, with no domestic chasing. It suits recently qualified electricians, who receive support from experienced senior sparkies and a clear pathway to Senior Electrician.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and fault finding across commercial and industrial sites
• Commercial and industrial installations, testing and commissioning
• Working alongside senior electricians and taking the lead on jobs as you grow
• Helping apprentices while working safely and professionally on site
• Dealing professionally with clients and communicating clearly with the team
• Completing documentation and delivering quality, compliant work

Required profile

• A current NSW Electrical Licence
• Some commercial, service or industrial experience; recently qualified electricians are welcome
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good fault-finding skills, or a strong drive to improve them
• Clear communication with customers and team members
• Professional attitude and pride in workmanship

What we offer

• Salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year
• Move to a 4-day working week, with a take-home company vehicle and phone allowance
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
