About the role

North Metropolitan TAFE is inviting women with industry experience in trades and non‑traditional career areas to register their interest for lecturer positions. This role enables you to share your expertise, inspire students, and help shape the next generation of skilled workers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver training programmes across a range of trade and technical subjects.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide learners through practical and theoretical components of their courses.
• Participate in professional activities linked to training delivery.

Required profile

• Women with hands‑on experience in trades or non‑traditional industries.
• Passion for teaching and ability to communicate technical knowledge.
• Valid Australian work rights at the time of application.
• Willingness to transition into a teaching role with available support.
