Lecturer – Training & Assessment

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer to deliver training and assessment across a range of vocational courses. The role involves teaching, facilitating learning and conducting assessments for diverse client groups within a TAFE environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging classroom and online sessions aligned with industry‑based Training Packages.
- Develop and mark assessments, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Provide consultancy and promotional services to industry partners, prospective students and community organisations.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of curriculum and delivery methods.
Required profile
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent adult/vocational education qualification).
- Minimum five years of relevant vocational teaching or lecturing experience.
- Ability to facilitate learning and encourage student success.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (working visa or permanent residency).
