Learning Trainer – Amazon Fulfilment Center

About the role

Amazon Australia is seeking a Learning Trainer to join the Fulfilment Center team. Reporting to the AVV2 Learning Manager, you will partner with the Ambassador team to deliver high‑quality training for new and existing associates across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess a variety of training programs for both new hires and experienced associates.
• Perform data entry tasks, including creating, entering and updating training rosters.
• Lead and support Ambassadors in delivering training and coaching to associates.
• Assist in evaluating and monitoring training effectiveness throughout the fulfilment centre.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on new processes and act as a resource for problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, audits and refresher training requirements.
• Maintain standard work, meet deadlines and keep learning areas organized for training activities.
• Spend a minimum of 5 hours per week rotating through process paths to stay proficient and identify associate barriers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays, and to work 38+ hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Preferred: prior workplace training experience, strong time‑management skills and ability to give and receive feedback.
