Learning Solution Designer

About the role

Fortescue is looking for an innovative Learning Solution Designer to join its Learning & Development team. In this hybrid role you will design, develop and implement engaging digital and in‑person learning experiences that support business capability growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions aligned with organisational strategy.
• Create interactive e‑learning modules, videos, job aids and digital assets using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond and Creative Cloud.
• Develop in‑person training materials, including session plans, facilitator guides and participant workbooks.
• Design assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex technical content into learner‑friendly material.
• Integrate learning content within SuccessFactors LMS and other platforms.
• Apply blended learning design principles and partner with technology teams to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning or instructional design within corporate or technical environments.
• Strong technical writing, content structuring and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management abilities.
• Background in mining, resources or heavy industry is highly regarded.
