Learning Lead – Contract (Hybrid, Macquarie Park)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Lead to join a large‑scale transformation programme in a fast‑paced retail and supply‑chain environment. This hands‑on contract position will take ownership of an existing training strategy and drive rapid delivery across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of training resources.
• Execute the existing learning and training strategy.
• Finalise training materials, schedules and delivery plans.
• Oversee logistics for end‑user training.
• Design and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programmes.
• Enable non‑training stakeholders to deliver training effectively.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality rollout of training across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Learning Lead or Training Lead on large transformation programmes.
• Strong project management and delivery capabilities.
• Background in retail or supply‑chain/logistics environments is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with tight timeframes.
• Hands‑on, adaptable and willing to take ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Full Australian working rights and availability throughout the contract period.
