Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Police Bank is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join its People Team in Surry Hills. You will shape and embed a modern learning framework, driving capability building, leadership strength, and a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a bank‑wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and enhance the L&D function, including frameworks, governance and learning processes.
• Design enterprise‑wide capability frameworks and leadership development programs for emerging, established and senior leaders.
• Create and manage a formal mentoring programme to support employee growth.
• Lead the design and delivery of workshops, digital and blended learning experiences.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and future workforce needs.
• Improve onboarding and induction programmes to accelerate productivity.
• Measure and evaluate learning initiatives to demonstrate impact and ROI.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a senior Learning & Development or Organisational Development role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise‑level L&D strategies and programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Practical, hands‑on approach combined with strategic thinking.
• Passion for leadership development, learning innovation and continuous improvement.
