Learning Coordinator

About the role

Amazon Australia is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join the BWU1 Fulfilment Center team. Reporting to the Learning Manager, you will partner with the Ambassador team to design, deliver, and assess training programs for new and existing warehouse associates, ensuring high standards of learning and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate a variety of training programs for warehouse staff.
• Maintain training rosters through accurate data entry and updates.
• Lead and support Ambassadors in coaching and training associates.
• Monitor training effectiveness and compliance with audits and refresher sessions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and take corrective action when needed.
• Prepare learning areas and training locations for seamless delivery.
• Spend at least 5 hours per week on the warehouse floor to stay proficient and identify associate barriers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
