Learning and Development Officer – Talent Pool

About the role

The Learning and Development Officer will join the DTMI training team in Innaloo, delivering and evaluating systems‑based learning programs for the Driver and Vehicle Services business unit. You will design, deliver and assess training for internal and external stakeholders, with occasional travel to regional sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
• Design training materials using adult learning principles.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for a variety of audiences.
• Travel to regional locations as required to deliver face‑to‑face training.
• Handle a wide range of customer enquiries related to training services.

Required profile

• Demonstrated personal integrity and self‑awareness.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Experience delivering complex learning programmes and applying adult learning principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
