Learning and Development Consultant

About the role

Seiko Australia is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to design, deliver and continuously improve product knowledge, sales capability and client experience training across its wholesale, retail and client service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and enhance onboarding and induction programmes for new team members.
• Develop and facilitate world‑class SEIKO product training for visual merchandisers, sales teams and key business partners.
• Lead coaching initiatives focused on client experience and the Boutique Selling Ceremony in partnership with department heads.
• Manage and optimise the learning management platform, creating content and reporting on training engagement and outcomes.
• Partner with Client Service to create coaching programmes that improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and introduce innovative learning solutions to support business growth.

Required profile

• Outstanding presentation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Proven experience identifying training needs and translating them into impactful learning solutions.
• Strong instructional design capabilities, including creating engaging training materials and programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, coach individuals and deliver training to diverse audiences.
• A relevant degree qualification.
• A genuine passion for luxury brands, client experience and fine timepieces.
