Leadership Trainer – Relocation to Ras Tanura

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Trainer to join our Leadership Development Division. The role involves delivering high‑impact leadership, management and supervisory training to division heads, unit heads, supervisors and professional staff, both in‑person and virtually, with relocation to Ras Tanura.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate structured leadership, management and supervisory courses for groups of 5 to 100 participants.
• Design, update and deliver training content using state‑of‑the‑art digital and interactive tools.
• Collaborate with learning professionals to create new course material and improve curricula.
• Conduct classroom sessions, support field training activities and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Maintain effective teamwork and support other divisional training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience delivering leadership, management and professional development programs.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops for 5–100 participants, both in‑person and virtually.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising teams or leading large projects.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
