Leader Band B-1 Coordinator – Inclusive Education

About the role

The Leader Band B-1 Coordinator will join the leadership team at Kimba Area School to drive inclusive education initiatives. Working collaboratively, the role focuses on leading Priority Groups, the Student Leadership Group, and community‑facing events, leveraging the Daymap platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Priority Groups to support diverse learner needs.
• Oversee the Student Leadership Group, fostering student voice and participation.
• Plan and deliver community events, ensuring alignment with school goals.
• Utilise Daymap for scheduling, communication, and data reporting.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and external partners to promote inclusive practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in school leadership or coordination.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and community engagement.
• Ability to work collegially within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to consider part‑time or flexible work arrangements.
