Lead Technical Consultant (Appian)

About the role

WNS Global Services is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to drive the design and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Appian platform. You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring high‑quality delivery and seamless integration with third‑party systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, then design integration and data models.
• Define architectural and development standards in line with Appian best practices.
• Prepare high‑level technical specifications and conduct frequent code reviews.
• Interact daily with customers, present demos, and serve as the main point of contact.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, plan releases, and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Manage application deployments and infrastructure setup for on‑premise projects.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams and guide them to higher performance levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and delivering Appian‑based solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Hands‑on knowledge of agile development methodologies.
