Lead Housekeeper at Angourie Resort

About the role

Join the NRMA Parks & Resorts team as a Lead Housekeeper at the beautiful Angourie Resort in Yamba. You will oversee a team of up to 12 housekeepers, ensuring all 66 apartments, villas and public areas are guest‑ready and sparkling clean.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, guide and motivate the housekeeping team while maintaining high standards.
• Delegate daily tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and onboard new staff on gold‑standard procedures.
• Manage storeroom inventory and coordinate with the external linen supplier.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee an immaculate guest experience.
• Oversee cleanliness of apartments, villas, public areas and amenities.

Required profile

• Flexible to work a 7‑day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot even the smallest speck.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong team spirit and natural motivation to lead by example.
