Lead Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Cyber Security Analyst to protect enterprise systems, networks and sensitive information assets. Reporting to the Cyber Operations Manager, you will lead incident response, threat hunting and SOC maturity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical investigation, containment, eradication and recovery of cyber security incidents using SIEM, EDR, SOAR and other monitoring tools.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for complex security events and provide oversight of MSSP investigations.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using threat intelligence and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Develop and enhance detection rules, use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Refine incident response playbooks and SOAR automation workflows.
• Mentor security analysts and guide cyber operations functions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in cyber security operations within a large enterprise.
• Strong hands‑on experience leading incident response and investigation activities.
• Proven capability in threat hunting, detection and security monitoring.
