Lead Consultant – UKG Pro Workforce Management

About the role

As a Lead Consultant you will provide strategic and delivery leadership for UKG Pro workforce management implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. You will guide complex, multi‑module projects that span HR, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling and payroll, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UKG Pro (or Workday) WFM implementations across multiple modules.
• Drive solution architecture, define best practices and design complex workflows, rules, policies and system integrations.
• Align the HR operating model with business goals and workforce strategy.
• Mentor senior consultants, review technical designs and documentation, and support governance and quality assurance.
• Contribute to stakeholder communication, training strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering UKG Pro or Workday workforce management projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary consulting teams.
• Strong client‑facing and advisory skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with governance, quality assurance and stakeholder management.
